Crowded Me....Kassey

I can't believe all this came outta my closet. I crouched down in the hall wondering what was
gonna happen next. She told me it was 'OK' and she would clean it up.
I tell you kitties, this can make my furs stand on end...but I'm getting used to it.

We're OK....Kassey

Mom said I was a good girl last night as we entered the
closet again. I did not walk in, but it was OK. It wasn't
real hot and not so cluttered. We listened to the storm
radio and when it said the Tornado warning was expired,
we came out and went to bed . Mom had the bed as far
from the window as possible and I slept closer to her than
I usually do. This made her happy.
I wish all my furry furriends safety and blessings.

Depressing Spring

It looks like the weather might be scary here tonight
as well as other states. Between 12:00 and 3:00 AM, we
can expect whatever may come.
I wonder if turning the sofa over for me and Kassey to
hunker down under will be as safe as the closet. So I guess
we may sleep in the living-room tonight.
From what we've seen already from neighboring states, a
closet won't be safe. It's been the most heart wrenching
thing I've seen in a long time, how people's lives have
been lost or turned upside down. And it has been
difficult for me to see the destruction.
As I type this, Memphis has a tornado warning and I hope
and pray nobody is hurt nor becomes homeless.
God bless you, Memphis and wherever these storms travel.
God willing, maybe they'll just peter out.

Caturday.....Kassey

Mom says spiders get active before a rain. Last night, one ran across the living-room
trying to get under the sofa. She missed the first time, so it headed in my direction. I
didn't see it coz I was looking at Mom. She was finally going to bed after much pleading.
The spider saw me, I guess coz it headed back where it came from. Then she got it....whew.

I got her up early again this morning, so I really need a nap. She's been on that puter about
all day. But she must be bored coz she has pested me several times.

Maybe it'll rain without any boomers and flashing so she won't haf to move the bed.

Gray Cool Monday Catch Up

We're still here even though we haven't posted in awhile.
I have been visiting, trying to catch up. As we all know, blogger
is behaving like spaces did for so long, making it better for us, lol

I'm still working on papers and having to look at every piece before
shredding, becoming quite a chore. And now, I hope I haven't shred-
ed something I need.

Kassey hasn't upchucked in awhile, good news. I fed her some
salmon in the foil pouch. The last canned I bought smelled like the
can, no more of that.

This cool weather reminds me of  1998 or 1999, I believe it was.
I went to a singing at church one night in June and was very comfy
in my wool suit. Well, I'll take this weather any time over storms.

It's past lunch time so guess I'll nuke some crocked black beans,
collards,brown rice and cornbread while watching Hazel.

Not The First Time....ewwwooo, etc.

We've heard of  spiders visiting our open mouths.
Well last night I believe that must have been what
happened and it has occurred before. I
remember feeling like a wad of hair was in my
throat. If I could yak it up...well, I'd rather not look
at the leggy little beast. I hate those things so I just
swallow and drink water. I haven't seen these things
this Spring yet, so I'm wondering where  they're hiding.
Guess I'll have to sic Kassey on 'em. or sleep in a mask.

I hope everyone is having a soothing Sunday afternoon.
Kassey has been in her cube most of this cloudy day.
I put together her fountain again today. She does like
it better than a bowl. It's a task for me to disassemble
it and Andy had to do it. This way it gets a better wash-
ing.

I've been eating leftovers from supper yesterday evening.
I had pinto beans,corn on the cob,kale and cornbread for
breakfast and for lunch...mmm good eatin. Hey, I've eaten
left over spaghetti and pizza for breakfast, not together of
course. OK, nuff of this.
