Finally after 4 days, I pooped fur happy Mom, strange hooman. I get to drink from the spout now cos Mom hopes I'll drink more and gif her more pees. She'd rather I drink her filtered water. But fur now, I'll do it my way....Mol

Finally Lunch....Kassey

I always haf fuds and water , but I need Mom's company at mealtime. I haf to beg sometimes when she's trying to form a post. She tells me these things, but I don't care, I just want her when I need her.

Easy Like Sunday,Finally.....Kassey

My human brother and children came for the weekend.
They needed the card table for the children at meal time. And I had to sleep by the window exposed instead of in my comfy cube. So my weekend wasn't so easy. Awful Mom just forgot about my comfort.
I needed her last night and I tried to get her up while doing my usual thing. She said she needed sleep and she put me out again. I knocked and she ignored me. My human nephew knocked and told her I had barfed. I was in the potty when she saw me and there was a little puddle of water that came up. She wiped it up and went back to bed. She still didn't realize I had to sleep on my pillow. Well, duh, Mom, I was trying to tell you.
Today, when she finally noticed her big mistake, I wasted no time getting  in my cube. She put the organizers there like steps the way she usually does. My human brother Alan took some photos and titled one 'Not Easy Sunday'. He sent Mom a text with the photo but she can't get it on the 'puter.
Kellen (human Nephew) and I are friends now. I even ate from his hand, but Mom didn't have the flashy box as usual. I hope effurrybuddy is having a good easy Sunday.

I graced Mom with my presence this morning. She hoped I'd stay here for awhile. But when she hooked up the flashy box , I had to check it out. I hope your easy is a good one.
No sky water as promised Friday.
We finally got water from the sky yesterday.  Mom went shopping and enjoyed seeing the water even though it didn't last long..

Nappy Cloudy Monday......Kassey

It's her fault we haven't been blogging much. We have been visiting some and maybe we'll catch up.
Mom said the weatherman said we may have T-Storms and some needed water from the sky. And
as always, she'll make me move from the window.

Boomers, Flashes and Water Fell Sunday....Kassey

Mom asked me to sit on the couch with her because it was so scary outside. Sorry, Mom, but it's UTB for me. After the storm passed I headed to the fud room and Mom gave me a treat.

Not The First Time....ewwwooo, etc.

We've heard of  spiders visiting our open mouths.
Well last night I believe that must have been what
happened and it has occurred before. I
remember feeling like a wad of hair was in my
throat. If I could yak it up...well, I'd rather not look
at the leggy little beast. I hate those things so I just
swallow and drink water. I haven't seen these things
this Spring yet, so I'm wondering where  they're hiding.
Guess I'll have to sic Kassey on 'em. or sleep in a mask.

I hope everyone is having a soothing Sunday afternoon.
Kassey has been in her cube most of this cloudy day.
I put together her fountain again today. She does like
it better than a bowl. It's a task for me to disassemble
it and Andy had to do it. This way it gets a better wash-
ing.

I've been eating leftovers from supper yesterday evening.
I had pinto beans,corn on the cob,kale and cornbread for
breakfast and for lunch...mmm good eatin. Hey, I've eaten
left over spaghetti and pizza for breakfast, not together of
course. OK, nuff of this.

Early Saturday Boomies.....Kassey

In the dark last night, Mom and I were disturbed by boomies.
It was flashing and so noisy and water was falling. We didn't
get up and it soon quit.

Tonight Mom got the closet ready again as the wind started
blowing and raining. She didn't have to tell me what might
happen, but she said we may have to go into the closet yet
again. I hid under the bed, well, I thought I was. Here she
comes with the flashy box. 
Please Mom, not the flashy box. I have seen enough flashes and heard boomies from the sky already. I want to stay here until it's gone, OK Mom?
We had to turn off the 'puter cuz of the bad stuff outside. But we didn't have to enter the closet. We just went to bed, finally.

It's Sunday now and cloudy. The closet is still ready for us, but maybe the sky will be quite today. All this sure makes a kitty nervous.

Running Water And Open Doors.........Kassey

Last night Mom said it was gonna be really cold. I was worried
watching her let water run and opening  cabinet doors. She explained
to me why she was doing this strange thing. I crouched down in the
living-room, not knowing what to do or what to expect..I followed her
to the bedroom when she asked me to. I just went to get my goodnight
petting. Then I disappeared before she knew it and hid . She called me
but I stayed hidden. I stayed there until  time for me to watch for the
paper man. I started 'meowing' and pawing the window. Mom asked me
if the paper man was in the neighborhood and there he was. He threw it
on our walk instead of the neighbor's, another strange thing tonight. I did get
my usual snack and we went back to bed, in different rooms.

August 24
Hard Headed Me....Kassey
She had the alarm set for early o'clock, said she was gonna take
Bettye to the eye DOC again. We both woke before the alarm
made that pretty sound. I started my usual thing with the cord.
She sprayed me again with water and told me that she was gonna
close the bedroom door before she left and I'd have to nap on
the couch or recliner. After awhile, she got the bright idea to
just unhook the wire to the TV. She did and laid it on the bed.
I knew if I hid under the bed, she'd have to let me stay, which
is what she did. I did just fine with the TV wire on the bed, no
fun for me without Mom here to manipulate. When she got home,
I was curled up on the blanket, and she snapped that thing that
flashes. She then watched her soap while I napped in the cool
bedroom. It got too cool so I got up under the blanket and she's
wondering how I got the blanket maneuvered like it was. We cats
just know how to work it, don't we furriends. So now she tells me
she has to go to her DOC tomorrow in her hometown and Bettye
will go with her. They always enjoy eating out too. Now this is
getting to be a habit, so I'll hide under the bed again so I can
sleep on our bed. I'm always a good girl anyhow when I'm alone,
mostly from boredom and nobody to manipulate.
