Caturday TV.....Kassey

I've been running and playing this morning after my chick-hen fud. After my breakfast, I wanted in Mom's lap while she was having breakfast. She said I couldn't coz she had hot coffee too. So I took off running to my bedroom to watch a little TV. It's cloudy and I might just get a nap.

The bottom photo barely shows that I am now facing the door. Mom didn't want to disturb my nap by being in the bedroom. She says we are expecting sky water tonight, but it sure looks likes it may be today. And she says we may have to move the bed again if we get those boomies.

Cloudy Thursday Ramblings

I love cloudy days especially with a possibility of rain..We've had rain lately
but it never lasts long. It's a good day to prowl through closets and re arrange
what has been rearranged. I'm coming across papers to shred as well. I won-
der if I'll ever get through....oh well, it keeps this old girl occupied.

I've been making my homemade ice cream with frozen peaches and frozen
bananas, vanilla yogurt, and all natural peanut butter. This concoction really
goes well together and is scrumptious. I stopped buying ice cream after the
Christmas holidays last year. I also haven't made any tea cakes this year as
I recall. I am losing weight which is a plus. I have an under active thyroid and
losing weight has always been a problem. I do hope that changing my eating
habits, which includes a lot of fiber, is the reason for my weight loss.

I bought a book by Janet Evanovich "Plum Lovin'. But I haven't read much.
Maybe I can after I get my work done. Oh I got it for .50 at Big Lot's off
clearance. I love a bargain.

I've gotten hooked lately on The Young and The Restless. I used to watch
but quit from boredom I guess. I started watching Bold and Beautiful again.
It is interesting for now. I do get bored easily.

Nappy Cloudy Monday......Kassey

It's her fault we haven't been blogging much. We have been visiting some and maybe we'll catch up.
Mom said the weatherman said we may have T-Storms and some needed water from the sky. And
as always, she'll make me move from the window.

Not The First Time....ewwwooo, etc.

We've heard of  spiders visiting our open mouths.
Well last night I believe that must have been what
happened and it has occurred before. I
remember feeling like a wad of hair was in my
throat. If I could yak it up...well, I'd rather not look
at the leggy little beast. I hate those things so I just
swallow and drink water. I haven't seen these things
this Spring yet, so I'm wondering where  they're hiding.
Guess I'll have to sic Kassey on 'em. or sleep in a mask.

I hope everyone is having a soothing Sunday afternoon.
Kassey has been in her cube most of this cloudy day.
I put together her fountain again today. She does like
it better than a bowl. It's a task for me to disassemble
it and Andy had to do it. This way it gets a better wash-
ing.

I've been eating leftovers from supper yesterday evening.
I had pinto beans,corn on the cob,kale and cornbread for
breakfast and for lunch...mmm good eatin. Hey, I've eaten
left over spaghetti and pizza for breakfast, not together of
course. OK, nuff of this.

Cloudy Tuesday Shopping Day, No Sun Puddle....Kassey

It's a lazy day for Mom, but she said she had to shop a little
more for the G-Grands. She'll be all mine until Christmas
Day. This is when all the family come by and hand her these
things covered in pretty paper. Mom tries not to tear the pretty
paper but it all goes into a plastic bag anyhow and then it goes
in that big black can in the kitchen. Humans do the oddest things
and I'll never figure them out. But they are fun to watch as long as
they don't stay too long. Mom says I'm rude as I sit close by and
silently tell them it's time for alone time for me and her.
While she's shopping, I'll just lie in my cloudy spot by the window,
all covered by a blankie hoping to see Mr. Sun.. Maybe she'll bring
me a Christmas gift too cuz I've been very good protecting her.

Blustery, Cold, Cloudy 57degrees,etc. So

I made the trek to the dump and the mailbox for Saturday's mail.
As I sit by the window watching the goings and comings, I see the
mail person has arrived again. So back out in the cold, blustery air
for me or maybe not. What's another day to wait for junk mail. Al-
though I'll  probably have my usual Sears bill. And I'm planning not
using it for Christmas unless I have to order online. I did have to buy
online for my new webcam, even though Walmart had them in the
store, about $20 more. How crazy is that and they won't let you
have the online price in the store.

Have y'all noticed how they try to help you with your labels? I'm glad
I was paying attention this time. As I was adding my labels for Cold,
up popped 'COLD TOESES' from a Kassey blog. It did manage to
be in the label box , but I removed it. To those unfamiliar, it would
have looked odd to add a label unrelated to this blog. So if you see a
label out of place, ain't my fault, (South) just an oversight.

I haven't made it to the kitchen yet, except to get some chocolate
covered peanuts. I do have to put on some chicken breasts, maybe
soup is in order today. Gotta get cracking and do some work in the
kitchen and I bet my girl will arise from her nap.
