Furriday on Caturday....Kassey

Yesterday while Mom was at her Doctor's, she left the webcam recording.
When she played it back, she heard me calling to her before I even saw the
car. I continued calling and I was so excited to see her car coming a'cause
I missed her. I met her at the door and she was happy to see me too.
It was cold and I slept most of the day on our bed, under a blankie. This
cuts the light out and the main thing is, no hooman can see me. mol

Mom is quite befuddled and needs help on how to place our friends list that
we follow on our blog. Peeese, can anyone gif  Mom some simple instructions,
she's so pooter illiterate....mol

I'm under the blankie on the bed again and Mom is going to town again. And
I know the webcam will be listening and watching me again. PPPfffssst, a kitty
can't get away wif anything....mol

Gotcha'd Oct. 23,2007....Kassey

This is the date in 2007 that I Gotcha'd Mom. I know it's usually the day that The Cat was gotted.
But when Mom came in, I stood up and greeted her. She had made several trips to the shelter looking
for 'ME'. Not to be confusing, but, you see I wasn't there the other times she visited. The lady told Mom that I'd never done that to anyone else. Mom chose me after I first chose her.
I just didn't know she'd be so hard to train...MOL  We are happy just to be together. And she tells
me that she's so glad we met and I am too.
I sang to her all the way home. Then she had to give a photo of me to the Manager after we got home.
Mom has leaky eyes thinking about that day and you can see I'm purrfectly content on my favorite blankie.

Floofy Friday.....Kassey

Mom lifted a corner of my blankie. I jumped down while she removed the big blankie I was on and the small one over me. And since my nap was disturbed, I had to wash my tail floof. Does Mom have no shame watching me bathe and snapping that flashy box ? humans...... I'm grateful she didn't snap it when I was bathing the underside of my tail. After all, I am a lady cat. Thanks, Mom.

Thankful Thursday.....Kassey

White stuff fell again last night and I'm thankful for my warm comfy dog and my blankie and
I don't haff to sleep outside. I'm a blessed kitty..

Cloudy Tuesday Shopping Day, No Sun Puddle....Kassey

It's a lazy day for Mom, but she said she had to shop a little
more for the G-Grands. She'll be all mine until Christmas
Day. This is when all the family come by and hand her these
things covered in pretty paper. Mom tries not to tear the pretty
paper but it all goes into a plastic bag anyhow and then it goes
in that big black can in the kitchen. Humans do the oddest things
and I'll never figure them out. But they are fun to watch as long as
they don't stay too long. Mom says I'm rude as I sit close by and
silently tell them it's time for alone time for me and her.
While she's shopping, I'll just lie in my cloudy spot by the window,
all covered by a blankie hoping to see Mr. Sun.. Maybe she'll bring
me a Christmas gift too cuz I've been very good protecting her.

No Bossy Cat Last Night, etc.

Kassey slept all night, it seems. The paper man  must have been discontinued.
We are happy about that, so she can sleep undisturbed. Of course, now
I wonder why no 2:45 AM wake-ups. Well, I'm thinking maybe she was
cold and I didn't realize it. I really had it cranked up last night and she ob-
viously slept on her dog under the vent. Well, mystery solved, I guess.
Right now she's on her pillow waiting for an elusive sun puddle. I covered
her with her blankie as it is cooler by the window.

It's 30 F right now and an expected high of 35 F with freezing rain and snow
expected, good temps for it. I've seen none so far and I'm tempted to actually
go to Walmart and check some of the items I saw online to order. Sometimes
they are cheaper online and they will not give you the online price. Some are
not in the store either.

That's about it for now, so I'll work on the children's wish lists.
