Google Buzz

I did not receive the info in gmail as I thought.
It was at the top of the Gmail. Here is the wording
from Google Buzz. I put it on favorites so I could
write it down.

QUOTE:
"  Google Buzz is going away, but your posts are yours to keep.
In a few weeks, we'll be retiring Google Buzz. At that time, you
won't be able to create any new posts, but your existing content
will remain accessible in two ways.

1. You can view it on Google Profile.
2.  You can download it using Google Takeout."

I did not know how to copy the statement to put it in a post.

Can anyone clarify this? Are there any other blogging places
besides WP?

  1. I don't think you ever used Google Buzz, that was their early version of twitter and had nothing to do with Blogger

We just use normal Google like Google account, Google email , Google search and Google Readers. Never use Google Buzz, May be no one use much. That's why they take it off.I guess

  7. No,I don't think that's anything to do with Blogger, either. Brian's right on that score. But that reminds me to back up my blog again. LOL.

  9. It's just an old thing google had like "twitter".
if you dont know what it is, you never used it and do not have to worry :)
It has nothing to do with any blogs! It was replaced with Google Plus,Google's answer to facebook.

  11. Google Buzz, according to the Mommy, was like a combination of blogging and tweeting but it has nothing to do with Blogger proper. So this means we should all be good.

  12. I've never used Google Buzz. I'm glad you've got answers from other bloggers. And I'm glad to see that we don't have to change blogging spaces.
